You get in-game incentive bonuses, and you get to choose which ones you want to take. Smoove says this comes around every 10 games or so. Could be affected by a play or an answer that you give in an interview or conference or attending events.etc. There's direct feedback letting you know when you gain/lose friends or team chemistry goes down (video showed an indicator in the crowd showing fan appreciation going up). You can become all-star captain weekend. For example, it could be.get more minutes, get into the starting the lineup, or get into all-star voting.etc. Career objectives: When you load up, there's an active objective to chase. Everything in one place, laid out more cleanly Boosts are available right away in the neighborhood. After a game, you can go straight to the practice, the neighborhood, next game. 4 games per practice (and no need to go to the stand).
